Happy Jewish New Year!

Wishing all my readers a happy Jewish New Year!

I don’t actually follow the Jewish calendar or pay that much attention to the Jewish holidays, but I always welcome an excuse to think of new beginnings and eat apple and honey desserts.

So here’s to the new year and to new beginnings. Let’s have a wicked year!

To celebrate the new year, here’s a recipe for the most delicious honey cookies. You can buy those in supermarkets in Tel Aviv (they are called Duvshaniyot), but the ones you make yourself taste better (unless you really suck at baking). Eat them yourself, serve them to your guests or give them as a Rosh Hashana present. Either way, they’re awesome and very easy to make. Enjoy ๐Ÿ™‚
