Thursday

KZ Radio Party @ Alphabet from 21:00 – The first in a line of parties from Israel’s favourite alternative music station. Come hear Quami, Idit Frenkel, Ofri Goffer, Tomer Kariv & Bar Peleg from the station do their things on the decks. 20NIS.

A soul thing – Stevie Wonder and Marvin Gaye Special @ Bootleg from 22:30 – Soul, funk and disco all night with a healthy sprinkling of music by these two greats. Tickets 20NIS before 00:30 if you join the event. More otherwise.

Friday

One for the happy hippies: The Bubble Parade! Meet at Habima Square (corner of Rothschild Blvd) and set off with happy people to juggle, play music and release loads of jolly soap bubbles into the world. The parade will carry on along Rothschild, stopping every once in a while for an impromptu party. Come dressed up if you want, bring glitter, musical instruments, juggling stuff and bubble equipment. Free, obviously. From 12:30.

90s, 2000s and hip hop party @ Duplex from 22:20 – Three spaces (including the roof) of 90s music,early to 2000s music and hip hop. In case you’re feeling nostalgic. 40NIS before midnight, 50NIS after. Free chaser with every drink till 1:00.

Saturday

Teder Club opening night @ Tahat from 20:00 – Tel Aviv’s favourite (and only?) pop-up bar / radio station is heading underground to the Tahat club for a week of events. Once over, Teder will disappear again and reappear somewhere else. Saturday is the opening night with loads of awesome local DJs playing back to back. Expect electronica, bass music and eclectic goodness. Don’t ask any questions, just get down there, preferably before 23:00, where you’ll be able to enjoy the courtyard. Free before midnight, 10NIS after.
