Parties in Tel Aviv this weekend 28-31/1/15

party

It’s all go! On the Tel Aviv party scene, obviously.

Tonight (Wed)

At the Anna Loulou from 22:00 there’s a party to commemorate the awesome but oh so short lived Tahat Club. Sleazy, trashy music followed by techno. Maybe some couscous. Free.

Tomorrow (Thursday)

Mind Against & Maurice Fultom @ The Block. 3 room lineup, 50NIS before 1:00 or 90 after. Full details here.

*
Macumba @ Anna Loulou – ass-shaking, upbeat music and witchcraft with Dexon Faya and AC/PS. Should look something like this.

*
Slick Shoota (Norway) headlines a night of bass music, future jungle and footwork @ the Pasaz from midnight. 30NIS before 1:00, 50 after.

Friday

Nadav Ravid will be playing his supposedly last ever DJ set at the Alphabet Bar from 21:00, having recently been appointed to the head of Galgalatz, Israel’s largest radio station. With more than 20 years in the business, co-ownership of the popular KZRadio (which he has now also left) and some really good tunes behind him, he’s bound to make this an interesting one. Free.

*
Barnt (Kompakt, Comeme, Magazine, Germany) headlines a night of techno at the Bootleg from midnight. Full details on the Facebook page, where you can also hit attending to get in for less.

*

Upbeat Russian music, old and new @ Levontin 7 from midnight with the newish line of Farsh parties. Only 10NIS to get in.

Saturday

Home Squad @ Radio EPGB – original, local hip hop headlined by Kalimist from Raw Tapes. From 22:30. Free.
