Tonight (Wed)
Couscous Party @ Anna Loulou from 21:00 – Middle Eastern / Oriental music and actual couscous to eat (veg/non veg). Free.
Thursday
Roof Animals @ Ktovt from 22:00 – house / tech house party, ironically in an underground bar. Free.

Midburn Party @ Duplex from 22:00 – the monthly Burning Man community party, to give you a taster of the scene. The theme this month is Sex Appeal, so come wearing whatever it is that makes you feel sexy. There will be music, photo booths, performances and lots of happy people. 15NIS.

The big one is undoubtedly Bonobo & Pional at the Block. You can still queue up on the night and (hopefully) buy tickets to get in to this massive event for 150NIS, but it will be rammed beyond your wildest dreams. Bonobo and Pional will be DJing, rather than doing a live set. Locals Garden City Movement will play live.

If you’re into Reggae, Johnny Osbourne from Jamaica is playing the Pasaz, as part of a big reggae party from 23:00. 80NIS on the door.

Friday
Hurray! May 1st. Enjoy a roof party at Rival 5 from 14:00, where you can get in for 20NIS if you’re wearing a red shirt. Otherwise it’s 30NIS. There will be cheap booze and eclectic music.

At Anna Loulou from 21:00 there will be an oriental May 1st party. Free.

At the Pasaz from 22:00, the intriguing Jacuzzi art party has virgin sacrifice as its theme, so expect mad decor, performances, sound and video art. Adi Ulmanski headlines (live), alongside a live set by Karma She and a host of techno DJs, 20NIS before 23:00, 40NIS after.
