A few good things for you to check out tonight in town.
Radio EPGB has a night of Mizrahi rhythm & soul music from the 70s and 80s. Aharon Amram, one of Israel’s true heroes of Yemenite music is joining forces with legendary Mizrahi guitarist, Yehuda Keisar for the first time in 25 years. They will be joined by Liron Amram and the panthers for what I reckon will be a damn good night if you’re into or at all curious about the Mizrahi music sound or Israeli musical history. Here’s a little taster. The event starts at 22:00 and is free.

Meanwhile, the Hybrid Lavas will be playing at the Har Sinai Bar from 21:30. Also free.

Rothschild 12 has Almonim from 22:00ish. Free.
