If you’re into ethical fashion, you might want to check out the Fashion, Environment, Society exhibition opening that’s happening tonight in the beautiful surroundings of Beit Hair. It starts at 20:30 with some speeches and thanks (so you might want to miss that part), but then there’s a fashion show at 22:00 and music from Ophir Toubul, Tel Aviv’s favourite world/ethnic music DJ (and the owner of the popular Cafe Gibraltar blog). There are a few very cool organisations represented there, including Achoti (an organisation empowering local Israeli/Palestinian women) and Kuchinate, a refugee run craft co-op.
