On January 16th, Niya Yoga in Florentin will be holding a “Green Saturday”. There will be a free vijnana yoga class (in Hebrew) from 11:00-12:30, then from 13:00 – 17:00 there will be a clothes, accessories and things swap shop (bring your own to swap or just turn up), a lecture (Hebrew) about recycling and a workshop where you can alter and renew existing clothes to make them all funky.
From 17:30 there is a couples’ Thai yoga and massage workshop, which will cost 60 shekels (unless you are a Niya Yoga member, then it’s free). No partner necessary (they’ll match you up), but there are limited spaces, so if you’re interested, register in advance via their website.
