Before I start writing about the millions of Purim parties happening in Tel Aviv, just a quick reminder than the traditional annual zombie walk will be happening this Saturday, 23/2. Get ready to put on your zombie finery and walk, march, crawl or swagger around Tel Aviv en masse shouting for brains. People do seem to make an effort for this, so feel free to go all out. On the other hand, I’ve also seen people with pretty basic makeup, so you don’t have to be a special effects artist to feel like you belong. Meet at 21:00 on the corner of Ben Zion and King George. It is, of course, 100% free.
