Come rain or shine, there’s plenty of stuff to do around town this week that’ll keep you away from our freshly contaminated beaches. We have music, art, free stuff and parties. Oh and food. Everyone loves food.

 

 

 

Sunday (today)

Spiral Jam @ Rothschild 12 – a bunch of some rather good (and rather famous) local musicians jamming it up on the tiny stage: Karolina / Rejoicer / Talmudi / Qassis / Abro. From 22:30. Free.

Deep Roots @ Cafe Shapira from 18:00 onwards – vegan food, pizza, a kibbutz / hippie community vibe and reggae / roots music. The place is now covered so this will go on even if it rains.

Kuli Alma has a World AIDS Day event from 21:00 with live music from Luna Abu Nassar, Rotem Bar Or (The Angelcy) and Tomer Yeshayahu (Isiah).

Wednesday

Seven, the weird physical theatre show taking place in the Central Bus Station is back from 20:30. Follow the performers, puppets and curious local characters through the endless corridors of the concrete monster. Tickets here.

Free swap market @ Kuli Alma from 12:00 – 17:00 – bring unwanted stuff, take someone else’s unwanted stuff. All free. No entry fee, though donations are gratefully accepted to support the project.

Pasaz 3rd birthday from 15:00 – live music from Tiny Fingers, Uzi Navon Isaiahh and more, live dance show by Batsheva ensemble dancers, a new art exhibition opening, food and more. Free.
