This coming Sunday (and every Sunday, I believe) at the Dance Tel Aviv studio, there’s a cabaret / burlesque dance class suitable for both girls and boys. It invites you to discover your inner showgirl or uhh show-boy and strut your sexy stuff, learning all kinds of dance styles used in cabaret. It starts at 20:30 and goes on for an hour. It will be taught by Leanna Peled Rozen, star of a show called “The Perfectly Marvelous Cabaret”. I’ve not seen the show, but I’ve taken other classes at Dance Tel Aviv and their teachers are always great dancers and teachers, so I’m sure this class will be cool. If you’re in town and feel like picking up some moves, you’re in luck, because new students get a free class. Just turn up before the class and register at reception.
