The Knesset passed the hideously fascist anti boycott bill yesterday, so everything is just a little bit blacker today. But tonight, there’s an opportunity to remember that nobody parties quite like the oppressed, so there’s no need to feel ashamed all on your own at home.
Come down to the Anna Loulou bar for the Boycott Disco. A night of music from Yemen, Iran, Pakistan, Sudan and other places Israel doesn’t like. On the decks, the talented Ophir Toubul from Cafe Gibraltar (world music blog). Starts around 21:00 and is free, unlike speech.
