Supposedly everyone in Israel has the right to healthcare. But is that really the case? Physicians for Human Rights together with Solidarity are holding a series of 3 study tours so you can learn about the real state of things and Israel’s disadvantaged populations who are practically denied healthcare.
The first of these will be on this Friday, 4/3/11 and will be of East Jerusalem.
The next tour will be on 18/3/11 to the unrecognised Bedouim villages.
The last tour will be on 1/4 (funny date) and will be of Jaffa (Yafo) and the open clinic Physicians for Human Rights hold there.
For more information or to join any of these, email: campus@solidarity.org.il
I assume the tours are in Hebrew, but you should be able to find someone who’ll translate for you quite easily.
