Well it’s New Year’s Day and after a rather drunken Sylvester party at some random place in Florentin, I am feeling somewhat dark. A good opportunity to share the opening titles from one of my favourite movies, Waltz with Bashir.
This is one of the best opening title scenes I have ever seen in a movie and it’s my favourite Israeli movie of all times. It gives me goosebumps every time. Check it out if you haven’t seen it.
But back to the matter at hand…
The dogs are running through Tel Aviv. Up Rotschilde Blvd. and yes, those cafes in the clip really do exist. You can sit there and have a drink and some food. Usually, there are no mad dogs, either.
