Once there was a lovely line of outdoor parties called the 3rd Empire. Unlike the vast majority of Israeli outdoor nature parties, their music policy was not solely high BMP, low development psy trance but actually quite interesting music from progressive trance to bouncy techno trance and beyond. Their parties were usually at beautiful spots in the desert and the crowd and vibe were, as I said, lovely. Well, I guess they don’t do parties anymore, cause tomorrow night (Weds) at the Michatronix – a far cry from the starry night and golden sunrise of the Negev desert – there’s an evening with their DJs. Free entry, starts at 22:00 goes on till morning. It’s not the desert but it’ll be fun.
