The annual joint Israeli / Palestinian memorial service is happening as usual and in an even bigger venue. Learn more about it here. It’s an important and often wrongfully maligned event. Worth attending if you’re interested in local politics or generally in humanity.

Thursday
Zik Group‘s “Security Mosque” (literal translation of the Hebrew name) will be unveiled in the Tel Aviv museum of art. It’s a giant tower inspired by the museum’s proximity to Israel’s favourite phallic symbol nearby. Expect some fanfare as this multidisciplinary art group’s shows are always rather spectacular.
