Looking for something musical to do this Saturday afternoon (tomorrow!)? From 12:00 – 17:00 at Levontin 7 there’ll be a really cool band showcase in aid of Levinsky Soup, a grassroots organisation that helps feed and provide basic needs to the population of homeless refugees who live in Levinsky Garden. It’s a tad early on a Saturday, I know, but it’s definitely a good cause and if the rockers can get up this early, then so can you!
The event will feature over 15 bands, including Kwami and the Halvot, Ramirez Brothers, The Raw Men Empire, Benedict and loads loads more. There’ll also be a DJ set by the Umlala Guys. Tickets to this event are on a pay what you can basis. The more you pay, the more you help the good people of Levinsky Soup feed the homeless. Minimum ticket price is 40NIS but you can pay as much as you want – as much as you think this line up is worth. If you want to book in advance, call: 03-5605084. Please share far and wide.
