OK, so the most depressing day of the year is coming up, meaning there’s nothing to do tonight and nothing to do tomorrow unless you have a bicycle handy. I’ll be writing about this week’s parties at some point, but for now, let’s look at more hopeful times that are coming up in town soon.
First up, this weekend (28 – 29 Sept) there’s MUD, a little designer fashion fair at the Kastiel House (Corner of Moshe Maor and Alfasi St.) From 10:00 – 18:00 on Fri and 10:00 – 22:00 on Sat you’ll be able to sample a whole load of local designers (A.C.A,Ambar, Anya Genkina,Bali’s, C&S, Gelada, Goldfish ,Hagar&Naomi,JUL ,knobbly ,Lenny, Lee coren, Maayan,moriya atedgi, paz, Note, Obj, Shir mishal,
wise – versa, Ghostown crew and a bunch more) at pretty awesome prices for designer stuff (new collections – up to 300NIS only per item). Entry is free of charge.
And, of course, it is the next T market on the 3-5 of October! This is your chance to see a load of local young fashion designers and importers in one place and get some great bargains on T shirts (for men and women), street clothes, retro stuff, shoes, accessories and all kinds of that sort of thing. Too many designers to mention. Get your wallets ready if you like Israeli fashion, as well as the Berlin, Tokyo and London style. It costs 10NIS to get in, but you usually get some really great bargains so it’s well worth it. Last time I got the most amazing designer dress in there for something stupid like 150NIS instead of 500NIS. That kind of deal.
It’s all happening at Harechev 13 (HaEzor club by night). It’s a street that goes off HaMasger St. towards the Ayalon highway.
