Fridays are getting quite busy with sales lately. Tomorrow’s looking particularly good. Apart from the awesome sample sale I already wrote about here, there are a few more:
Young local designer Nat E. is having a home sale. Some hot dresses (see some here) and more stuff, including 30% off the summer collection. Prices 150-400NIS. Hagilboa 4, Apt. 11. Tomorrow from 10:00 – 15:00 and Sat from 12:00 – 17:00.

Men and women’s vintage clothes sale at the Uganda Bar (p. 130 in the August update of the guide) from 13:00 – 18:00. Prices 10-150NIS per item. There’ll be a DJ too, playing some retro tunes.

From 11:00 till… I’m not sure, closing time / afternoon I guess, there’s a Mizrahi party at the Achoti shop (p. 162 in the guide). A great chance to enjoy 10% off products in the store, start stocking up on presents for the holidays (or stuff to bring home to friends and family) and know that you’re helping local Arab & Jewish women make some fair trade living. There’ll also be good music, food and even some sort of tarot card readings.

And if it’s a party you want, Port Said (page 131 in the guide) is having the official launch party tomorrow at 14:00. Great food, great music and great people. No clothes to take home with you, but maybe you can find yourself a sexy hipster to take home instead.
