This Thursday is apparetly “movie time” day. Participating cinemas will drop their prices to 10NIS a ticket (14NIS for a 3D movie) for the entire day. In Tel Aviv, participating cinemas include the Rav-hen chain, Lev, Gat, The Cinemateque and the Tel Aviv museum. This price is apparently valid for all showings on the day, starting at 11:00. The only question is whether you can book a ticket in advance and pay the discounted price or whether you need to go on the day itself and pay at the cinema. Either way, expect everything to be pretty rammed (or at least more than normal), especially showings outside of work hours.
