Asif, the annual Israeli animation competition starts at the Tel Aviv Cinematheque with a screening of commercially made animation films. Later in the week there will be more screenings of everything from shorts to student films. Info is in Hebrew on the event page but as it’s animation, I’m sure there’s at least some stuff suitable for non-Hebrew speakers. Tickets are around 20-30NIS per night.
