This Thursday (August 5) from 7:00PM-11:00PM you can catch the opening of both a new gallery and a new show. Docuclub is a new exhibition space dedicated to press photography.
The opening show will include work from 27 brilliant Israeli press photographers, including several award winners (Pulitzer and Israel awards). The show will showcase photos from the past decade – a thoroughly impressive body of work.
If you’re into photography and photojournalism in particular, you seriously don’t want to miss this. Israeli press photography, perhaps unsurprisingly, is generally hard hitting and striking.
Docuclub’s address is 27 Washington Blvd. in Florentin – an interesting choice of location in itself and well worth the visit.
The show itself will run till the end of Sept. Entry is free of charge.
