Here are your party choices for this week in Tel Aviv. As you may already know, DIY Tel Aviv has joined the boycott on the Tel Aviv White Night event (see why here), so I have not included any official white night events or ones I suspect may be funded by the Tel Aviv municipality.
Thursday
Beach party at Frishman Beach from 18:00 – 21:00. Kick off the night with a free party with deep, groovy house and tech house, perfect for the sunset.

The Block Club is having a free party for the launch of the Batsheva Ensemble new contemporary dance show. The Block’s awesome residents will be playing house and techno all night long and there will be great live dance shows on stage by some of Israel’s best dancers. Although branded with “White Night”, the owners of the Block have released a message saying they are not officially part of the white night events and are not funded by the council so I am including this here. It’s also 100% free of charge all night long and will feature great DJs such as Deep’a & Biri, Uriah and Yogo. Starts at 23:30. Get there early if you want to get in. It’s free so it might get packed.

Pacotek at Chechka (Rothschild 28). Tech house and techno all night long from 23:00. Free if you join the Facebook event.

Digger at the Volt Club from midnight onwards – a good, old fashioned rave with toys, inflatables and craziness. 30NIS for a while, then 40NIS. Drum and bass, jungle, dub, breaks, rave, old school, breakcore and more played to a fun young crowd. If you want to save yourself the ticket price, come dressed up as something crazy and you can get in for free.

Dana veAnat and Cheesecake are joining forces for a multisexual outdoors party in Haoman 17’s courtyard from 16:00. Cocktails, shorts, nice tech house and electro (I guess). 40NIS to begin with, rising to 60NIS. Join the Facebook event for guaranteed 50NIS entry.
