From 19:00 – 23:00 there’s a part at this little Neve Shaanan bar (Neve Shaanan 37). It’s an African bar owned by an asylum seeker who’s recently been sent a way to the nasty new prison camp just for being an asylum seeker. Anyway, last week his friends, both Israeli and African, had a great party in the place for him. This Friday they’re having another one. Pretty chilled, some cool local DJs playing, a mixed crowd of Israelis and Africans hanging out together and making friends. Last week was apparently amazing, so let’s hope for a repeat affair. Free. Cheap booze.
