I’ve rounded up some interesting cooking workshops happening this month in Tel Aviv. If you want to do something different while in town and like cooking and eating great food, then read on!
First up, if you want to learn how to make decadent yet healthy vegan food and desserts, then you might want to check out Inbar’s workshops in sunny South Tel Aviv. On the 19th and on the 26th of this month (June) you can learn to cook an entire “royal” vegan meal from start to finish: Vietnamese egg rolls, vegan burgers, chickpea stew, quinoa salad, a rich nutty sauce and a surprising dessert. The 3 3 hour workshop, including all materials, costs 220NIS per person.
On the 21st, there’s a “wild chocolate” workshop, teaching you all you need to know about making vegan, organic chocolate, chocolate spread, chocolate bars and more. 3 hours, 140NIS.
On the 13th and on the 27th there’s a healthy sweets workshop teaching you how to make vegan cake, granola, brownies and other desserts, all sugar, gluten and guilt free. 190NIS for 3 hours.

Workshops happen weekly on Fridays and sometimes Saturdays. Next week is a vegetarian workshop. Workshops usually cost around 130NIS per person. And City Tree is having a vegan Ice Cream / shakes and other summer desserts on the 14th. Costs 140NIS per person for a 3 hour workshop. Contact tree@citytree.net or 03-5254196 for more details.

Hello,
Great post! Do you have any idea where I can find out about non-vegan/vegetarian workshops? I’d love to do one.
Hey! The Kitchen Talks Project often has non-veggie ones. Email them to ask when the next one is.
