The accessories market is back at the ZOA House (Ibn Gabirol 26) for 3 days of shopping with offerings from loads of great Israeli designers (plus some imported stuff). There’ll be shoes, jewellery, bags, watches, you name it. These markets usually have some amazing and unique stuff for sale and there are often special offers on so you can get some good deals. Last time I got a beautiful Medusa bag for far less than I would in the shops.
Be aware, though, that some designers do tend to hike up their prices for the market, so if there’s a very expensive piece you want and can stomach the thought of losing it to someone richer or more gullible, it won’t hurt to try it on, take a business card and visit the designer’s studio on another day, where the prices sometimes miraculously shrink, especially if you’re willing to haggle. No guarantee it’ll work, but worth a try.
