Tonight (Sunday)

If you’re looking for some live music, you could still make the electronica / rock crossover double bill at Radio EPGB from 21:00. On stage will be Inbaloop and Biggest wave playing trippy, rocky and folky sounds. Free.

Start the day with a new English language yoga class, Soulistic Yoga, at Diwan in Florentin. More details here.

Thursday

The Tel Aviv Artport (Ben Tzvi 55) is holding an artist book fair from 8-10/1. This is the opening night, from 19:00 -23:00. Fri and Sat the hours will be 10:00 – 16:00. Over 30 participating artists will be selling books and one off items.

Friday

CTLV are holding 4 different English language tours today. Choose from a morning sculpture tour of Rothschild Blvd or a morning Graffiti tour of Florentin, an afternoon tour of the Central Bus Station (extremely recommended) and an evening tour of the Neve Shaanan neighbourhood. If you want to go on an afternoon graffiti tour of Florentin, join the one offered by Streetwise Hebrew.

Besveder Festival from 12:00 to 17:00 at the Barby club will feature a whole load of Israeli musicians (Dan Toren, Tree, Hadag Nachash, Malka Baia, Yehuda Keisar and many many more). You can get in to see them all by bringing a blanket or a warm item of clothing (or shoes) to be given to the homeless. Of course, you can bring more than one item.

Saturday

The Silent Film club returns to HaTeiva for the first night of the current season. Silent films shown with a live soundtrack by local underground bands. Tonight it’s demonic films from the 20s with a soundtrack by Bela Tar and Dukatalon. 50NIS in advance. Call 03-6822403 to get them.
