Thank fuck 2016 is almost over! I mean, I do realise chances are 2017 will suck even more, but for the next few days we can pretend this is just 2016 being a dick. So let’s celebrate the end of this horrid year in sweet, hedonistic denial. There are lots of great events happening this week to help you make that dream come true. Just remember, kids – there are a lot of pretend NYE parties on the Friday, but 2016 isn’t over till the next night. I’m sure 24 hours is more than enough for it to stab us in the back a few more times, so save your real cheers for Saturday night!<\/p>\n

The wonderfully strange Mystorin theatre group is back with a new interactive show @ The central bus station. This time it’s Raamset, a show inspired by ancient Egypt. Apparently audience members will be invited to dance along to the show. If you want to do something strange in Tel Aviv this week, then this is your best bet. Their shows are always very strange and interesting, especially as they are held inside an active bus station, surrounded by all kinds of weird locals. If you can navigate their Hebrew website you can book tickets in advance from here<\/a>.<\/p>\n
