The Tel Aviv mayor got a lot of flack for shutting down the tent camps, so now the city&#8217;s trying to regain its funky image by bringing the street parties back to Rothschild (after moving them away somewhere else last year). So come by today from 12:00-16:00 for two stages of DJs playing various electronic music as well as local favourites such as reggae, dancehall and some indie. There&#8217;ll also be some sort of urban fashion market and stuff like that. The city-funded parties are usually very very commercial with adverts everywhere for all kinds of sponsors, but the DJ list this time is actually pretty promising and it&#8217;s all free, so should be a fun afternoon.
